Gambling and Drinking

Hey everyone, time for an update. This week has been a busy one with lots of driving, but last weekend was where the real action was. On Friday my roommate Adam and I went to Thunder Valley Casino and went and played craps on our own for the first time. It was a fun experience, although I got pretty nervous when I was down thirty dollars. We each ended up walking away four hours later with five more dollars in our pockets than we came with, so overall it was a success. In two weeks we are off to Las Vegas for spring break so it was great practice.

Later that night I went over to a friends house to have some drinks. We went  out to the bars, and while I wouldn't say we stayed for very long(since I had a few to many) at least it was fun.

Now after a week of school I am back in Elk Grove, my hometown for some job training for my summer job as a lifeguard. My parents are off in Vegas right now, so it is just me and my dog Toby here. So it was an interesting week. From now on I will post on Sundays, so I'll see you next Sunday!
